Read-only by default. The plugin syncs metadata (titles, descriptions, schema). Never carts, customers, or payments. Write access only fires when you explicitly approve a fix in the diff-review dialog.
WooCommerce / WordPress and Shopify are live. BigCommerce and Magento are coming soon. Connect anyway and you'll get a heads-up when your platform's plugin ships.
It depends on your catalog and on how often AI assistants re-read your pages, so we don't promise a number. What we do: your Surfacly Score moves as soon as a fix is published, your tracked prompts show week by week whether AI names you more often, and each fix gets a before/after sales comparison.
Frontier Claude models draft every fix with per-section reasoning. You review the diff side-by-side with the original, then accept, reject, or edit any single line before it ships. Every AI fix waits for your approval unless you turn on Autopilot (Scale and Enterprise), which publishes alt text and structured data right away and can be undone.
